1.Terms. 

The rented items will only be for Photos, not events, wedding or party. If you rent an item and it is used in an event such as party, weddings, I can apply a penalty of $100

Customer agrees that the item rented will be used in a manner for which it was reserved for and will return the garments in the original packaging it was received. Hangers must remain as the ones provided by us. Please be mindful and take good care of the dresses covers.

 2.Deadlines

 If garment/s are not returned within the above-mentioned timeframes the cient will be charged a late fee of twenty (USD$20.00) per item per day. 

3.Pick Up of the garment/s.

4 day period 

Event day: 

Saturday thru Monday. 

Pick up on Friday

.- For any other day select your date between the 4 days period, never select Wednesday or thursday to Pick up. 

4.Return of the garment/s. 

4 day Period Event day Friday thru Sunday. 

Return on Monday. 

The system will select the returned date automatically.

 5.Return

 Customer is responsible for the return of the rented garments to Leah Couture Boutique Corp. 

6.Responsibility 

Customer is fully liable for the total cost of repairs and/or replacement of missing or damaged items.

 7.Reservation

 Policy Client will be required to pay the total rental price to reserve. 

8.Refund Policy

 -If an order is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of your pick up date there will be no cancellation fee and the customer will receive full store credit upon availability. -If an order is cancelled 29-15 days prior to your pick up date a 25% of the total cost will be deducted from your store credit.

-If an order is cancelled 14-7 days prior to your pick up date there will be no store credit. 9.Personal Information You are authorizing this website and Leah Couture Boutique Corp. to collect your Personal Information to provide you with a secure and hassle-free experience to complete your transaction. We only collect Personal Information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose. Your Personal Information collected by this website may include your Name, Email, Mailing, Shipping and Billing Addresses, Phone Number and Method of Payments. If we have issues completing your order, the company may use this information to contact you. Additionally, the Personal Information collected will be used for promotional purposes such as informing you of Discounts and Special Offers. You will have the option to stop receiving promotional communications, simply email us with your request and we will discontinue this service for you, you can also unsubscribe from the company’s email address. Leah Couture Boutique Corp. will never sell personal information to a third party. 

Before your order can be processed, we will require that you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consented to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Indemnification

Client hereby agrees to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless the Website, the Company, its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of the Company from and against any liability or claims arising as a result of this business transaction. This includes, but is not limited to claims related to the use of any and all products offered by Leah Couture Boutique Corp.
